Welcome to Powell MusiCollab! By accessing our website, signing up for lessons, or participating in classes or communications, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Powell MusiCollab provides private music lessons, coaching, classes, workshops, and related educational services. All offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of private lessons.
Missed lessons or late cancellations may be charged in full at our discretion.

Make-up lessons may be offered based on teacher availability.

3. Payments

Payment for lessons and classes is due in advance or at the time of service, as agreed upon.
We accept [insert accepted methods: e.g., cash, check, PayPal, Venmo].

Group classes or workshops are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by us.

4. Communications

By providing your email or phone number, you agree to receive occasional updates, scheduling messages, or important studio communications. You can opt out of promotional emails anytime.

5. Conduct & Expectations

We strive to create a respectful, collaborative, and focused learning environment. We reserve the right to discontinue lessons or services with students or guardians who exhibit disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

6. Media & Recordings

With your permission, we may photograph or record portions of classes, performances, or lessons for promotional or educational use. If you do not wish to be included, just let us know.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, and content provided by Powell MusiCollab are for personal educational use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

Participation in any music lesson or activity is voluntary and at your own risk. Powell MusiCollab and its instructors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in studio activities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
