REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 8, 2025

At Powell MusiCollab, we’re committed to providing high-quality music education and a collaborative learning environment. Because we reserve time and resources specifically for you, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

Private Lessons

Payment is due in advance or at the time of your scheduled lesson.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited.

  • No refunds will be given for missed lessons or same-day cancellations unless due to an emergency, at our discretion.

  • If we need to cancel a lesson, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Group Classes & Workshops

Group classes require advance registration and are non-refundable, unless:

  • The class is canceled by Powell MusiCollab, in which case a full refund will be issued.

  • A waitlisted student is able to take your place and you notify us at least 72 hours before the start date.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or unexpected conflict, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you when possible.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
